Lady Premier is the second owner of Rockstarr Royalty Ent that was established in 2008 in Baltimore, MD. 
Lady Premier was born in Baltimore, MD on February 9, 1987. She graduated from Woodlawn High School in May of 2005. In September 2006 she started Baltimore International College but did not graduate due to being a new mother and working full time.

As part owner of RRE I plan to make every event one that will be talked about for years to come. I plan to show up and show out at any and every event.
